What is Pryze's Digital Fundraising Team Rewards Program?
The Pryze Team Rewards Program partners with your Krispy Kreme Digital Dozens fundraising campaign to provide rewards for your team in order to motivate them to participate more & accomplish higher fundraising goals. This program was created to support organizations who fundraise by sourcing, promoting and delivering incentives and excitement! It aims to motivate your team members to participate more actively and achieve higher fundraising goals by offering them enticing rewards.
How does this program work?
When you opt in to the Krispy Kreme Digital Dozens Fundraising Team Incentive Program, your fundraising team members will be notified of the rewards available based on the amount of dozens sold. To support these incentives, the base price of each Krispy Kreme dozen sold at a team member's unique referral link will increase by $1 (from $7.50 to $8.50).
How can I unlock rewards for my Digital Dozens fundraising team?
It's simple! To participate, you (the organizer) just need to fill out the Rewards Opt-In Form for either an active or upcoming campaign you are organizing through GroupRaise. Once you opt in, any team members you add to your campaign will be eligible for the rewards. If you are mid-campaign and what to sign-up for rewards just let us know here.
What kind of rewards can team members earn?
The rewards vary based on the number of items your team members sell–ranging from free food and treats to 1000’s of gift cards from your favorite brands! Check out some examples here. When do we receive our rewards?
Rewards are delivered electronically within 30 days of the close out of your campaign. If your users redeemed mystery prizes, that require shipping, they will all be sent to the organization’s address listed on the fundraising application.
How do my team members participate?
Team members participate by just being awesome! As long as the team, leader or campaign manager has subscribed for the Pryze rewards program, all team members are eligible for rewards. Now the more they sell, the more they earn so motivate them to earn some cool free stuff!
How can team members track their progress in the program?
Team members can easily monitor their progress through the Team Leaderboard, accessible through the email invite when you add them to your team. This leaderboard showcases the progress of all the participants and is a great way to stay motivated and see how well you're doing compared to others!
How will team members receive their rewards?
At the end of the fundraising campaign, we will reach out to the team members who qualify for rewards via email. They will receive detailed instructions on how to claim their prizes. Make sure to keep an eye on your inbox to ensure you don't miss out!
