As former franchisee owner/operators the founders of Pryze had all the usual issues. It was hard retain and attract employees, it was hard to keep them engaged and productive and it was hard to keep everyone's pockets happy. Traditional rewards programs make you pay for every reward and a platform fee and that just doesn't work in the franchisee world. We set out on a mission to make a platform that benefited employees and employers at the same time.
