Is this the actual Pryze app, or a prototype?

This is a high-fidelity interactive mockup that mirrors the real app screen-for-screen. All five employee screens and three manager views are fully interactive. The live production app connects to your real POS, scheduling, and payroll systems - configured during onboarding.

Do my employees need to download anything?

Yes - the Pryze employee app is available on iOS and Android. It takes under two minutes to install and sign in. The manager console runs in any standard web browser, no install needed.

How does Pryze connect to our existing systems?

Pryze integrates with the most common POS, scheduling, and payroll platforms - including Toast, Square, ADP, and more. Our team handles setup end-to-end during onboarding, typically within 5–7 business days.

How are rewards funded and fulfilled?

You set the rewards budget and catalog. Pryze handles fulfillment - gift cards and digital rewards are delivered instantly when employees redeem. Many operators fund rewards from the ROI they see in reduced turnover and improved upsell rates within the first 60 days.

What does setup look like? How long until we're live?

Most franchise operators are fully live within 2 weeks - including integration, goal configuration, reward catalog setup, and crew onboarding. We assign a dedicated success manager for your first 90 days.

Can I control goals and rewards per location?

Yes. The admin dashboard lets you configure goals, point multipliers, and reward catalogs at the network, location, or individual level. Run a company-wide attendance campaign while each location manager sets their own upsell targets.

How does pricing work?
