FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are there setup fees or implementation costs?
No setup fees on the standard $10 per-employee plan. Enterprise rollouts include a one-time launch fee that's quoted based on the number of locations and the scope of integration work, usually 5–10% of first-year subscription value.
How long does it take to launch?
Most customers are live in 14–21 days. Enterprise rollouts run on a 30–60 day plan depending on the number of locations and the complexity of integrations. We bring a dedicated launch manager to every customer.
How are rewards funded and fulfilled?
Customers pre-fund a rewards wallet that gets debited on each fulfillment. Pryze handles payout to employees through 1,200+ partners, gift cards, cash via direct deposit, experiences, and physical merch. Pryze charges a flat 2% on rewards fulfilled.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel anytime. Enterprise contracts run 12–36 months with custom terms.
Does pricing change with more locations?
No. Pryze is $10 per employee per month, one flat rate, with unlimited locations included. There are no per-location fees or volume tiers on the standard plan. Large franchise networks that want a custom agreement, volume pricing across hundreds of locations, or enterprise-specific terms move to the Custom plan instead.
Is Pryze tax-compliant for employee bonuses?
Yes. All cash rewards flow through your existing payroll integration as taxable supplemental income. Gift cards and merch are also tax-reportable per IRS rules, Pryze generates compliant records and integrates with your HRIS for year-end filing.
